ANTARA
MALI : ACTRESS
Since
the day you joined the industry, you’ve been compared to Urmila Matondkar. How
does that make you feel?
It’s not very respectful to either of us. The comparisons
have created baseless controversy. But I’ve managed to make a place for
myself.
Diet: INSTEAD of three big meals a
day, I have five to six mini meals. I am a bread addict and can have it anytime.
Ditto for masala chai. My breakfast is quite huge—with eggs, toast, tea, and
sometimes porridge and cheese. Lunch and dinner are usually dal, chawal,
veggies and fish. Fish is a must.
Exercise: I DON’T exercise. I dance for about three to four hours, and that works fine for me. I also play sports like badminton. Sometimes I run, but I don’t like to run on the treadmill.
Problem Area: I DON’T think I have any. I don’t even care about it. I believe in doing and eating what you love. If you are happy, then you will look good.
