DIET: I try to have a good breakfast with cereals and milk, lots of fruits, and maybe some eggs and toast as well. If I’m late for a shoot, I skip breakfast. But through the day, I keep snacking on sandwiches, biscuits or just about anything, although I try to keep it healthy. Lunch, most often these days is between shoots. I usually order some dal, roti and veggies, maybe a chicken preparation or some kebabs, which is a healthy option as it isn’t very greasy.

I love eating out, which I do a lot. The only thing I ensure is that the restaurant is clean and uses a good medium for cooking. I mostly land up at Cafe Basilico, Thai Ban, China Gate, Olive or Pot Pourri. Then, of course, there’s Crepe Station, which is my haunt these days. There isn’t much that I avoid, but I just try to have it the healthier way.

EXERCISE: WORKING out for me means gymming. I work out at a friend’s private gym. I mostly push a lot of weights. I work on different parts of the body on different days. There’s usually someone to watch me while I’m doing weights but by now I know what’s good and what’s not, so I don’t require training. I started working out when I was very young and used to exercise pretty diligently. But these days, I don’t get much time to go to the gym. In fact, on some days I can’t even make time for an hour’s jog or free exercises. However on Saturdays, I play basketball, or some other sport. I feel sports keep me really fit.

PROBLEM AREAS: THANKFULLY, I’ve been blessed with a healthy body. So I don’t have particular problem areas. Moreover, my body responds to exercises very quickly. So if I’m really out of exercising, I know a week’s regime will get me back in shape.
